RETURNS

At MeterCart, we try to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services we offer through online store. To know the company’s policy in cases of replacement, return or cancellation please read the information below

To start a return, you can contact us through email at info@metercart.com or call +971-52-9161194.

1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return

2. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or we shipped a wrong item

3. In case you want to cancel the order before we ship it, we will make all reasonable efforts to cancel it. This may not be possible in case the order is already placed with our suppliers for non-stock items or items which are custom-built or any item on which calibration work is carried out based on customer’s order.

4. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Once evaluation is done by our team and return is approved, you will receive instructions to return. Once we receive the item, we will examine it and if return is approved, we will replace it with the correct item and ship it to you or refund the amount.

5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Arab Emirates, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
